This is a role for a Supervisor in Family Law. The role is located in the London Area, United Kingdom, but some remote work is acceptable. The Supervisor in Family Law will provide guidance to a small team of legal professionals and oversee the delivery of legal services related to family law. The Supervisor in Family Law will also ensure that the team maintains high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and client care, while complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law or a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role, in a law firm or legal services provider
Membership of The Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation or Advances Accreditation or Children Law Accreditation or Current Part 1 of Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme or Current Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme
Excellent organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills
Demonstrated expertise in family law, including divorce, child custody, property division, and mediation
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences
Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent customer service and client management skills
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum
