Civil Legal Aid

We have been awarded contracts by the Legal Aid Agency to carry out publicly funded work in the areas of Housing & Debt, in which we have a specialist Quality Mark.

Legal aid is not always free and we have to assess everyone's income and capital, if you receive benefits such as Income Support, Employment Support Allowance, Guaranteed State Pension, and Universal Credit you are most likely to be eligible for assistance subject to the financial eligibility tests we will carry out for you.

The Community Legal Advice Legal Aid also calculator allows you to find out if you are eligible for civil legal aid. Click the link below to check your eligibility using the Community Legal Aid calculator.

Alternatively, Please contact our office and one of team on our main switchboard on 0208 367 4003 and we can conduct an initial assessment for you as to your eligibility.

Fixed fees

We offer a fixed fee service on a variety of standardised procedures, such as service of possession notices and issuing claims for possession or just some initial advice that may be needed.

Conditional Fee Agreements

These are commonly known as “no win, no fee” agreements and our costs are only recovered in the event of the client’s claim succeeding. These are available in specific situations which we will discuss with you as appropriate. Please call the office and speak to one of the team to see if your case would be suitable.
